Order terms

1. Payment

Full payment upfront for single videos and packs. Packs from $1,000: 50% upfront, 50% after the first batch, on request.

2. What we need from you

• A link to your photos: listing, website, Instagram or a folder.
• Your style choice: Calm Luxury, Tropical Vibes or Cozy Nature.
• Optional: your logo, any text to show, photos you want included.

3. Delivery

• Single videos: within 48 hours of receiving your photos and payment.
• Packs: in batches of 5 videos.
• Files arrive as a download link, ready to post.

5. What we don't do

• Add rooms, furniture, people, views or features that don't exist.
• Remove permanent parts of the property, such as walls, fixtures or buildings next door.
• Use photos you don't have the right to use.

6. Packs

• Use your pack within 6 months.
• Split it across several properties if you like.
• Unused videos in a pack can be refunded at the pack's per-video price.

7. Refunds

• First single order: full refund if we can't deliver a result you're happy with after the free revision round.
• Delivered videos are not refundable.

8. Rights

• You own the delivered videos and can use them anywhere.
• We may show your videos in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
• You confirm you have the right to use the photos you send.
